Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through The Viral Stuff.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for direct cancellation and may instead be handled according to the applicable return process.

2. Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned when:

• The product received is damaged

• The product is defective

• An incorrect product was delivered

• An item is missing from the order

• A return is otherwise specifically permitted on the relevant product page

Certain products may be non-returnable because of their nature, hygiene requirements, consumable status, customization or other legitimate restrictions. Any applicable restriction will be communicated on the product page.

3. Return Period

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required under applicable law.

4. Condition of Returned Products

Where a return is approved, the product should generally be returned:

• Unused

• In its original condition

• With original packaging

• With accessories, tags and manuals where applicable

This condition requirement may not apply in the same manner to products that are damaged or defective when received.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the order ID along with relevant photographs or videos.

After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return or refund, depending on product availability and circumstances.

6. Refunds

Once an eligible refund is approved, the refund will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days.

For prepaid orders, refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method where technically possible.

The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may additionally depend on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

7. Cancellation Refunds

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before fulfilment, the applicable amount will be refunded after cancellation is confirmed.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if separately charged, may not be refundable unless the refund is due to an error attributable to The Viral Stuff, a damaged/defective product, an incorrect product supplied by us, or otherwise required under applicable law.

9. Return Shipping

Where a return is approved because the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied by us, return arrangements will be communicated to the customer.

For other eligible returns, applicable return/shipping costs may be handled according to the product-specific return terms.

10. Returned Shipments

If an order is returned by the courier because of:

• Incorrect address

• Customer unavailability

• Repeated failed delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept delivery

the order may be processed according to the applicable cancellation/refund terms.

12. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, unauthorized or abusive transactions and take appropriate action as permitted by applicable law.
