This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through The Viral Stuff.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after:

• Successful payment confirmation; and

• Confirmation of product availability.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability and other circumstances.

Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

4. Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• House/building details

• Street/locality

• City

• State

• PIN code

• Working phone number

The Viral Stuff is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided through the customer's registered contact details after dispatch.

• High order volumes

• Remote locations

• Government restrictions

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs or videos of:

• The product

• Product packaging

• Shipping label

• Damage/defect

• Any other relevant information

This information may be required to verify the issue and process an appropriate resolution.

8. Failed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, additional delivery attempts may be made according to the courier's process.

If the shipment is returned because of repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the order may be subject to the applicable cancellation/refund terms.
